A lot of people who spend far more time on legal issues than I seem to think it is safe to say that the Individual Right will be upheld and the ban ruled unconstitutional. But HOW the ruling is worded is going to be very important. Lawyers and politicians alike will be nit picking every word, every punctuation mark.
