Shoot it! Your barrel is a unique flower; only one make/weight of bullet, one brand/type of powder, one brand of case, and one brand/type of primer. Will give the best accuracy available.
If you're going for max accuracy, you have a lot of work ahead of you and a lot of trigger time.
