.243 what grain round would you reccomend I shoot and what should I reload it with when I get my equipment up here to start reloading.

From some basic research on the internet they are reccomending a 100gr(ish) round at around 2600 to 3000 FPS?

I found out how to do the cleaning rod twist trick on sunday to find out how many twists the barrel has :) Kinda neat actually.
