then I take it ;-)

It was my 30th birthday and my friends took me to a sushi place and they had ordered a lobster special that you have to order a day or two ahead of time.
It was a two or three course thing.

The second/third part was lobster soup and the claws.

The first part however was lobster tail sashimi with the rest of the body watching you. It was surreal. There was the tail all cut up for sashimi with the torso and head standing up waving it's little pincers (the main claws were removed) about and everything. It could even grab your chopsticks if you got too close.

Like I said, surreal.
