(as evidenced by their constant attempts to idiot proof :-) The screw on those DDS drives was on the top of the drive, so it had to be removed from the computer. IWI the screw (if it exists) would not be accessible without some disassembly. Where I wr0k they routinely dismantle Sony camcorders like that so they can be retrofitted for remote controls (Sony's cameras make AWESOME CCTV for mining apps).
