SWMBO was like that with steak. by radiowave911 2008-03-29 20:51:47
Her mother's idea of cooking a steak was to throw it under the broiler until it is brown on one side, flip it over until it is brown on the other side. Serve.

My idea of making a steak involves whatever I feel like seasoning it with at the moment :) The key is seasoning - I use a variety of seasonings. I also have a mushroom sauce that I make from time to time. I'll have to see if I put the 'recipe' into the cookbook. This is something that I made up one day because we got a free jar of sliced mushrooms with something. I don't remember what - it was before my eldest daughter was bron - she turned 11 last month :)
