I submitted my request in late Jan or early Feb	by radiowave911	2008-03-29 17:57:23
(right about the time you could start making the requests). I got mine earlier this month. I would say to allow 6 - 8 weeks. They do come with an expiration date, and come in the form of a card - like a gift card, but restricted as to use. There is a list of places you can use it and what models qualify. I need to get out and get a converter myself.
