When it is man-generated harassment I try to keep them busy as well for the same reason and try to find out who I could sue. "Cold calls" are illegal in Germany.

Some UFie from Stuttgart talked about programming an extension for asteriks that can simulate an interested stupid customer with samples of your voice. You just switch over to the system and it will again and again ask for more details on the offer...

Too bad I never again heard of that plan...
