i am on disability. because i make less then 25k i am not required to file a tax return. i just received a letter from the IRS stating that if i want my stimulus package refund, i need to file a form that says "stimulus package" on the top. pretty much all i do is that and sign it, and presto i get another 300 dollars. is this insane or what?
