About spending an hour in darkness, well lots of people watch TV at that time, so turning off every light except in the TV-room would be one thing.

I don't get it. I'm not saying that we are going to save the world and everything, but is it REALLY that hard and/or inconvenient to turn off some lights? If nothing else, you'll even save some money.

Forget this "Show event", but why have lights on when you are not around? I keep a small light in the window on in some rooms, but not the "main lights"...
