I'm going to use the time to suck up all the extra available electricity to charge my giant bank of batteries, capacitors and flywheels. During that one hour that everyone else thinks they're saving energy, I'll instead be siphoning it off and storing it. I'll have enough energy to run my house/evil lair for over 150 years.
