at my job the following will get you ejected from the store (or no service)

1 not being able to state your order and respond to required questions correctly*

2 cussing

3 threatening my person or workplace

4 being obviously "chemically enhanced"*

and these are possible violations of STATE LAW in some cases

now i know a bit of spanish but it is required if they are getting Alchohol Tobacco or Lotto that they understand english
(and or have a valid id card)

if they can tell me marborro roho and they have a birthdate of 01/15/73 (or flip me a valid id) and they give me Senior Jackson or Lincoln they pass (and i will even give them matches)

I have a problem with those that don't speak english AND ARE PROUD OF THE FACT
