a lot of business - Even stuff we don't usually think about, like the how, and the order in which you present your business card to other people in Japan. Or that it's considered rude to interrupt while someone else is speaking during a training session (ie, you wait until the end, or a break), or that if your boss doesn't have questions, neither do you.
