with that amount of time left is not an "upset in the making" by my definition. If they were up by that amount, yes. If Kentucky was +/-3 with that amount of time, I'd call it an "upset watch." Being down 8 with 2:11 to play means you are resorting (or will resort) to fouls to stop the clock. That rarely works, and even more rarely does it work in the big dance.
