They've gotten all sorts of crazy lawsuits. Lawsuits include
  • iTunes purchases only work on iPods
  • failure to license PlaysForSure
  • iPods *might* damage someone's hearing
  • AT&T contracts for iPhone
  • iPhone price reductions
  • lack of user-replaceable battery (filed *after* a battery replacement kit appeared on the market)
  • the iTunes "monopoly" (monopolies generally aren't the 2nd in the top 5 retailers)
  • hiring O.J. Simpson as an hitman (yes, it's a real lawsuit)
  • sexual harrassment with Apple products (filed by the same guy as above)
...and the list goes on.
