You could press discrimination charges if you are able to PROVE that you were discriminated against due to race, religion, gender, sexual preference, and quite a few other things. But I doubt language would really be something you would really win the case for anywhere in the US. After all, if you cannot make clear to the person provide the service, what it is you want, how can they be faulted for not being able to provide the service.
