who do speak English but refuse to because they think we should have to learn their language. It's the same thing as the Idiot Americans who go to Europe and get upset when people don't speak their language. It's common courtesy to at least make an attempt to learn the basics when you are visiting a foreign country. When you are living there, its a requirement, IMHO.
