Well, I'm thinking about trying to get out to San Diego for ComicCon to see JMS, since he makes so few trips back east. However, the 2 times he's been out here (one for a comic convention at a NJ High School, believe it or not! and the other for some comic thing in Philly) I've managed to get a few moments with him - he's signed all my B5 DVD box sets, his scriptwriting book, and Jeremiah. My girlfriend also manged to get me invited to a dinner in Philly with him. It was JMS, me and 3 other ladies. I sat next to him at dinner, and made a valiant attempt to treat him like a regular human being (he even shared a shrimp with me). But what I did notice is that he's very uncomfortable around double entendres.
