No one understands that here, but that could just be the company. They think I'm serious when I'm making a very dry witted remark.
Also a rake would be pretty uneffective as an IT person.
Nor would gloves come in handy, since those are clumsy to type with, and my work is indoors, and does not deal with stuff that might be damaged by jolts (good thing, because I'm prone to shocking myself, even when just getting out of my car)
Running shoes are a bit more useful, to get away from angry coders, when I point them to a flaw in their code.
Scissors on the other hand aren't; as a software tester we rarely have to cut anything. Staplers on the other hand are very useful. >:)
