Most of the stories are of people questioning or testing G-d in one way or another. Eve stayed away from the tree of knowledge until the serpent tested her. (One guess who's snake it was since afterwards women had to endure labor pains.) Lot questioned G-d and was allowed to lead people out of Sodom and Gemorrah. (anyone notice how certain leaders of countries have a name that sounds awfully like Sodom?) Moses questioned G-d and was allowed to see the holyland, but not allowed to enter it. King Solomon questioned G-d and was bestowed with wisdom. King David questioned G-d and was able to slay Goliath.
