as a business expense. The advantages of renting over owning is (a) smaller amount of money up front (for the most part) and (b) don't pay for repairs. This also assumes that your landlord is a good one and will make the repairs in a timely fashion. Many of them do not. Additionally, your rent is liable to increase between lease periods.
