Find a place where no-one can interrupt you - a corner of a library, a secluded spot in a park - anywhere you can get away. Find a position that's comfortable for you to sit or lie in for 15 minutes. Focus on one thing only - like your nose. Think only of your nose. If you get distracted, don't get tense about it, acknowledge that you were distracted and focus on your nose again. It will be difficult the first few times, but eventually you can clear your mind for 15 minites a day - and this *will* help you focus for the remainder of the day, and hopefully reduce some of the stress.
