When I first switched to AT&T DSL (big mistake) for some reason the IP I had been assigned was listed as outside the US. My bank alerted me and I could watch NONE of the streaming video from any of the networks. It took me a week and a half to convince someone that the IP was identified as a non US address (I don't remember the IP) and that this was causing the disruption of the services I wanted in the first place. The eventual resolution was to change my IP. Perhaps if you link to the website by going through a redirector located in the US you can view it.
