themselves feel better about it. You need to worry about your health and if she keeps on calling for no reason but to bring up old memories and such, be polite but tell her that you think you need some time away from her to heal and you will call her when you are ready. One thing my last GF taught me is that, When you breakup, Break-UP...and then get away from each other for a while to let feelings and such dissapate and allow each other to heal. If you keep talking to that person and they rehash all of that stuff all over again...it just causes emotional confusion as to what is going on. I still think that if the feelings of anger at the ex-gf and others persist, go to the doc, it is not healthy to hold that much anger inside.
