about a week or so. It's not that far into the future.. How many times haven't you thought to yourself; "Man, this week went fast!" Prepare your mind for the next week, and let your body just exist until then. Just do with your body, the things that must be done. But your mind lives in next week, when everything is much better.. Works for me when I'm up in my house, painting and other stuff..
