the $1.2 Mill will be made during the summer. I'll buy fish from the fishermen, hand process it, bring it back and sell it to restaurants at 25% to 50% less than the big processing companies. I have approx $2M in sales, with $.4 to $.8 Mill in overhead, with an additional $.1 to $.3 Mill distributed throughout the rest of the year - the off-season. After this first year, the overhead should be halved, not including the off-season expenses which would be the same.
