Sit her down and explain the rules. Set amount of time allowed *after* her homework is done, and a parent gets to *confirm* that it's done, you won't just take her word for it. Call her teachers and make sure that you *know* what her assignments are, at least for a week or two, until she gets used to the new rules, and keep on making sure you know when her tests are. Any further time on the game, including on the weekend, has to be earned, through books read, extra credit assignments completed, chores completed, etc.
