Your need to feel safe is understandable. Particularly with your comprehension that it would require very unusual circumstances for someone to want to kill or injure you. As you said, they must be crazy.

It's very unfortunate that you don't see this as a reason for insisting on better mental health care - you see it as a reason to be ready to kill. To each their own, I guess.
