Proxy server in linux help by Fandango 2008-02-13 14:58:29
Running into an issue. Cannot figure out how to put in the proxy server. Here at work we have a proxy which is just an IP address and port. Each try in Linux so far is failing because it keeps putting "http://" in front of the address. This is in PCLinux and Knoppix so far.

Any ideas?
