It's on file with the courts. The person in question stated: "If it weren't for the fact I know he has guns and knows how to use them, I would have shot the son of a b5 already."

That was a statement made in front of the Judge.

If illegal, concealed firearms are the norm for law abiding citizens in your area you'd be able to make the claim that you benefit from that.
