a well trained sniper can "service" a target at Mile plus distances
(assumes stable wind and a long list of other factors).
as far as CCW trained/gun trained more aware a subthread is always doing target tracking and you begin to think of possible threats
(if im here then i can be seen from these locations and can't see into this subset)
a Test for the trained from where you are now pick up a pen in a "barrel" position and point at random with the pen:
