1) I stated I was reporting on a series of radio interviews I heard this morning on the CBC (Canadian national radio) -- ie. a pretty trustworthy, mainstream source.

2) It turns out to be well-supported information. I was nice enough -- when *you* dismissed it as a hatchet job -- to do some research for you. It wasn't hard. Now *you're* criticizing *me* for not having done sufficient research!?

3) (bonus) I wonder why a group like the Asian Law Caucus -- a prime mover in this suit -- would end up representing mostly American citizens who are "travelers of Muslim, Middle Eastern or South Asian background". Who would a' thunk!?

4) (bonus) Whether all this searching and even more so copying is "needed" is in question -- that's precisely why it's become a court case (a Freedom Of Information Act case) to obtain info about the criteria supposedly used to determine what's "needed".
