Let's say, hypothetically, that you are desperate for money, and willing to mug someone. Would you rather attack and steal from: a - someone who lives in an area known for strict gun control laws who is unlikely to be armed; or b - someone who lives in an area that has concealed carry laws and might just be carrying a gun?

Now, I know that this is a stretch, but I'm asking you to put yourself in someone else's shoes. An answer of, "Neither, I don't have it in me to steal from someone, much less attack them!" isn't valid here.
