Four strips of crisp bacon, chopped up; two pieces of very soft, very fresh bread sans crusts, and moderately coated in ketchup; spread bacon on bread, close it up and MUNCH! Note, for those who don't bloody well pay attention: this is a bacon sandwich, not a BLT. Don't try telling me that I'm "supposed" to use mayonnaise and put in a slice of tomato and some lettuce because that's "proper." Bacon sammich. Did you read that? Good.
