Dear Tenants of [office building], In celebration of Valentines Day, [real estate company] management team will be handing out cookies in the lobby tomorrow afternoon beginning at 2 pm. All tenants are invited to attend and receive their complimentary Valentines Day treat. We request that all tenants show their building ID cards to ensure cookies are only distributed to building employees. At this time please advise employees of tomorrow’s event.

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
