when the meetings are in the conference room. And if necessary there is a wired port. Most of the meetings that might require references are smaller and held in offices, then looking things up is simple. I think that our president and the IT guy both don't like the security problem with wireless. Our office is small enough with many network ports all over that wireless really isn't necessary. shrug Or that's what they say. :)
