you ate recently?

Think back to anything you ate or came in contact with that is different than normal. If it is something that only happens after you have been at work, look around or more exactly SMELL around for someone using an air "freshener", scented candle, perfume/cologne, plug in stink producer of some kind that may be a trigger for you to have a migrane.

If you changed bath soap or even detergent that can also trigger some things as well.

I have a trigger in some scented candles and most of the plug in air fresheners make me nauseous and light headed. If you want to watch my eyes swell up/shut...spray one of the Popurrii air fresheners near me...You will watch me leave the room in a heartbeat and wash my face and eyes like I was maced.

...I would honestly rather be maced with strong pepper mace than be sprayed by an air "freshener"!!
