They normally knock me out for 3 days at a time. Take some strong Ibuprofen right now. The muscle relaxants will help ease the blood flow through your neck and might ward it off. I am unlucky - mine come on in about 10 minutes. Often times I can't get the drugs into my system fast enough to be able to prevent it. Then it's just a matter of trying to manage the pain. hugs I don't wish a true migraine on anyone...they are the nasty.
