it's that it is entirely shot by hand-cams with no stabilization, to make it seem more real. The end result is disorientation and nausea, leading to hours or days of illness and vomiting in some extreme cases. If you are prone to 'seasickness' or motion sickness, do not go to this movie. I have been waiting for it since I first stumbled on the secret website with it's mysterious links, and now I have to wait for the DVD because then I can control the dosage. Sad.
