Image (ARS seems to have interpreted the &curren (before the "t") as an entity reference, and has helpfully substituted the ¤ character entity in your URL. (I'm not sure why it did that, but it may have something to do with it being HTML/SGML?) That's why you need to escape ampersands when putting them in a URLs in an HTML attribute. :-) )
