Hello, the only sure-fire way is to remove RAM and Video card (if possible) if there are no beep codes when all cards are removed, then it is more than likely a Mobo failure,
always reset the jumper on the BIOS even if that is the case,
if the SATA disk is not seen in the BIOS then it is a simple connection cable or power connection issue
If it is seen in the BIOS - possible windows driver issue
