or at least, it's *very* unlikely.
Because they each get the percentage of people who vote for them, *every* state can be important, because even if you come in 2nd every time, depending on who wins where, you could still win overall.
Personally, i think this is the better way to do it, as it's far more representational of what the people actually want.
With the Reps, if you win a majority in a state, you win ALL the delegates for the state. It makes the race simpler, but I think it's a lot less representational.
