Can't install Peachtree Accounting by notdeadyet 2008-02-09 16:20:11
Keep getting this annoying "A previous program installation was never completed. You need to restart your computer to complete that installation before installing Peachtree Accounting." Gah!

I have no incomplete installations that I'm aware of. After receiving that error, I restarted anyway, tried again, same error.

Restarted, checked registry, found Peachtree keys, delted them, restarted.

Still got the error, so opened msconfig, ticked "selective startup", turned off all optional services, restarted.

Still the error on setup.

The have tech support only M-F 8-5:30. How convenient is that? </sarcasm>
