Home made Pizza by oedlan2008-02-09 10:10:08
And no tomato ? by SciSSorS 2008-02-09 10:22:24
Is it still a pizza if it isn't full of tomato?
That's what I wondered last time, when in an italian restaurant here, they had ... only one single "non-tomato" pizza.
Tomato's can be very yummy, but when I have aphtae, I don't like 'em. And no red wines either, as the tannin has the same effect as tomato acid on these aphtae. (Apple juice is tolerable, lemon or orange are fine, but redwinetannin and tomato provoke funny faces)

I still have a piece of "quiche" in the fridge for this evening: no tomato, but I'm not sure which type of winter-veggie I put in. "chinese cabbage" ? Cauliflower? I'll see.
