I checked your diary: yes, at 16 you COULD be responsible enough to drive one. It looks much like a "brommer" (these "less than 40kmph, less than 50cc" motorcycles) my brothers used to ride, only you have two of 'em with a single motor. How fast does that go? 30kmph, 40 ? Is it scary when it accelerates ? Well, at 16 you may "like" a little scare, but first of all: learn to enjoy a normal ride. And yes, it does look "cool"
