Why should it be illegal, anyway? by Skelwar2008-02-09 06:46:45
well first off they are LOUD by joecrouse 2008-02-09 06:50:52
Second off they are a motorcyle (at least under MD law) if the engine is more than 49.9 cc and or the machine can do more than 35mph and thus must be registered and insured as motorcycles and require a motorcycle licence. ALSO they are deemed to be unsafe for street use due to small size.
