If in doubt, I'd suggest replacing the line fuses with a sligtly smaller value ( i.e. 2 amp replacing 2.5 amp ) .
If it drws too much it will blow the fuse before any real damage.

CMOS ICs can't handle overvoltage very well and will melt before the fuse blows, but that's just for info, as in this example the difference in voltage won't be enough to rise above design voltage...
