Unless you've got power electronics at home (which i doubt), most of your equipment will convert the line voltage to something entirely different, mostly 5-35V DC, using conventional transformers and bridge rectifiers (since that is the cheapest option anyways, sometimes you'll even find voltage regulators like 7805D's, but don't take that for granted). Now, if you'll surf the web, i'm sure you can find the necessary formulas to get the output voltage of a bridge rectifier (B2U as it is the simplest) based on input voltage and frequency (can't remember them right now). Go through the motions and compare the results, i'm sure you'll come up with a solution whether you can still use your equipment or not. and btw: tolerance levels for line voltages are in most countries with 230V: +6% -10%...
