Frequency in = frequency out.

A transformer is a pair of solenoids (coils of wire) on a common core. What goes in, comes out, minus what it takes to magnetise the core and the resistance loss of the windings.

My guess is that the product on offer is a simple transformer, in which case what I have said applies.

IAAEE of low grade but have drunk a fair bit of cider tonight (hard cider in the USA).
