Did you see my other post here? Upload fails completely on the test, so I doubt checking a different html based upload is going to make a difference. No settings have been changed, besides the fact that I'm using a different ISP, and I'm located in a different city. I suspect there is something wonky in my modem config, but I can't figure it out. As stated in my original TLP, I AM using an ADSL1 modem on an ADSL2+ connection now... I wonder if something about my modem can't handle uploads...?
